When will I receive my order?
– Delivery in Istanbul:
Once we receive your order, we prepare it within 1-3 business days and give it to Yurtiçi Kargo which we have an agreement with. They will deliver your order to you within 2 days.
– Delivery in Turkey:
Once we receive your order, we prepare it within 1-3 business days and give it to Yurtiçi Kargo which we have an agreement with. They will deliver your order to you within 3-5 days.
– Worldwide delivery:
Once we receive your order, we prepare it within 1-3 business days and give it to DHL for delivery. DHL will deliver your order within 7-10 business days.
How can I learn my tracking number?
– Fort the orders in Turkey, your tracking number is delivered to us by Yurtiçi Kargo one day after you complete your order. Fort the orders worldwide, your tracking number is delivered to us by DHL once you complete your order. We share your tracking number with you via e-mail. If you encounter a problem, please contact us.
Can I return for a refund or exchange?
– Yes, all items, as per the policies, purchased through our website can be returned for a full refund/credit or exchange as per the return. Due to hygiene conditions, Jaagravii does not accept the return of the products unless it is lost in the process of delivery, or damaged. You can exchange your damaged product with another design on www.jaagravii.com if you notify us within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my order?
– You can cancel your order by sending an e-mail to email@example.com with your order number and your request of cancellation. If your order is in the process of “Shipping” you cannot cancel your order but ask for a return or exchange.
Can you gift wrap my order? And include a gift message?
– After you complete your purchase, you can demand a gift wrapping and a gift message if you notify us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your order number and the note you want to deliver. We would be happy to help if you reach out to us.
What are the materials of the products?
– Jaagravii, uses mainly brass and silver. On the other hand, alloy, which is a composition of different elements, is also used in our products. All the information about each product is available on the editor’s note section in each product page on our website.
Do your products turn black?
– The terms and conditions of the usage and maintenance of your products impact their lifespan. We changed our plating and protection methods since 10 April 2022. We protect our products with a method which includes 48 hours of oven time with a special solution. This way, we make our products sustainable. You may use your products for at least 3 years if you be careful with intense interaction with chemicals (perfume, lotions, acetal, deodorant). Thanks to our new protection method our products became water resistant. However, if you want to use your products for a longer amount of time, make sure to dry them after shower, bath, or swimming.
My product broke while I was using it, what can I do?
– For customer related damages, keeping in mind the amount of the damage, we contact our atelier and artisans. We help you with the repair and maintenance of your products with an additional fee.
The maintenance of my Jaagravii’s is possible?
– Yes, it is! We help you with the repair and maintenance of your products with an additional fee. In difficult situations we provide the exchange of your products with the new one.
Do you go on sale?
– Unless it is the season, we do not go on sale.
Do you make custom made designs?
– If you contact us with the special requests such as change of color, writing names or dates, we can provide that within 10 days if it is possible for the product. We contact our atelier and receive an additional fee for your special requests. If you confirm the fee, we proceed with your request.
